About the Role:
Shalva Haven LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Program Director to lead and grow our programs in Casa Grande, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all program operations and services
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to program staff and team members
- Develop and monitor program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance
- Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and funding sources
- Ensure programs meet all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards
- Track program outcomes and prepare reports for leadership and funders
- Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in program management or leadership
- Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and multi-faceted program operations
- Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and best practices in program administration
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with vulnerable populations or in a residential/community-based setting is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
